Located on the National Register of Historic Places, this 100+ year-old building has served the Hot Springs community in several ways. This brick building at the corner of Creek and Broadway has been home to an oil company, beer distributor, and grocery wholesaler. Today, it has been fully renovated and reimagined as an apartment-style hotel, ranking among the best Hot Springs, AR lodging, taking advantage of the dynamic tall ceilings, beautiful natural light, and unique architectural elements.
