The Lofts at Creek is housed in a historic building constructed prior to 1906 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. While the property retains its historic character, we are committed to providing accessible accommodations for guests whenever possible and have thoughtfully adapted portions of the building to meet ADA requirements.
Physical Barriers Include:
- Guest rooms 202–208 are located on the second floor
- There is no elevator providing access to the upper floor

All four guest rooms located on the first floor are ADA-compliant and designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs:

- Wheelchair-accessible entry and interior pathways
- Wider doorways and hallways
- Grab bars in shower and toilet areas
- Lower mattresses for easier transfer
- Visual strobe smoke detectors
Parking and Access:
- Wheelchair-accessible parking is available in the first-floor parking garage
- Accessible routes connect parking areas to first-floor guest rooms and common areas
General ADA Compliance Practices:
We strive to ensure that every guest can visit our property regardless of their physical abilities. To comply with the ADA, we:
- Enable individuals with disabilities to make reservations during the same hours and in the same manner as those without disabilities.
- Provide detailed descriptions of the features in our bed and breakfast and guest rooms to help individuals with disabilities determine if our accommodations meet their needs.
- Reserve accessible guest rooms for individuals with disabilities until all other rooms of that type are rented.
- Guarantee that specific rooms, once reserved, are held for the reserving customer.
- Collaborate with third-party reservation systems to make all rooms available through at least some of these services and provide them with information about the hotel’s features and rooms.
- Allow guests with legitimate service animals, as defined by the ADA, access to all areas of the property available to those without service animals.
