Well, we managed to make it thru the holidays at The Lofts. Decorations were up and we had a great number of guests that stayed with us thru the new year. We had a few of our customary cold weeks in January, which made for some beautiful photo ops of the steam rising out of Hot Springs Creek. The view from our patio was exceptional. You can almost imagine workers unloading crates of beer and groceries one hundred years ago, looking at the same thing.
Spring festivals begin in a couple of weeks and race track season is in full swing. Hot Springs has a certain “buzz” to it this time of year and you can almost feel the electricity in the air. The Farmer’s Market just across the creek from us is back in swing each Saturday morning and live music next door at the food court will begin soon, as well! The dogwoods and tulip trees are already showing out, Spring is officially here! Itʻs a popular time to visit, so book your stay and come feel the “buzz” for yourself.
